Description:  Job Information This position will provide support to the Human Resources team by completing projects and daily work. Role & Responsibility The co-op experience offers a variety of hands-on-training and exposure to developing and administering effective company Human Resource policies and programs relating to: Recruitment and selection Compensation Employee training Employee relations Training & Development initiatives Talent Management Job Requirement Education Required: seeking a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field Experience Required: 0 2 years Jr. or Sr. standing 3.0 or higher GPA Strong background in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) Excellent communications skills and high level of motivation Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) Basic computer skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions BENEFITS AVAILABILE TO OUR CO-OPS: Reimbursement of required college co-op tuition credits up to $1,000.00 per lifetime with Bobcat Relocation stipend
