The Ranch is currently looking for a Full Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Under clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L), the primary responsibility of the COTA is to carry out occupational therapy interventions as described on the treatment plan, developed by the Occupational Therapist. The employment of this position is supervised collaboratively by the Clinical Director and Occupational Therapist. Essential duties to include: Complete all duties as directed by the Occupational Therapist. Engage in treatment planning in collaboration with and under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Implement individualized interventions as described on client s occupational therapy treatment plan. May include individual and /or group intervention. Monitor client response to interventions and progress with interventions and maintain open communication with Occupational Therapist regarding these areas. Document occupational therapy services that are provided as directed by the Occupational Therapist. Minimum Positon Requirements: Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) in the state of North Dakota. This position requires workers to be at least 21 years of age, pass a thorough background reference check, possess a current driver s license, have an insurable driving record and be willing to work a flexible schedule.
