Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor - FT

Responsible for managing front-end operations and manager on duty for entire store in the absence of senior management. Ensures front-end policies and procedures are followed and monitor front-end cash management functions. Contributes toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers and a positive working environment for employees. Position will perform training of cashiers and baggers, monitor front-end security and financial procedures, practice and promote safe work habits and conditions for customers and employees, build an effective team at our Moorhead, Northport, Osgood and Grand Forks locations. Candidate must demonstrate problem solving and conflict management skills. Applicant should have proven ability to motivate and lead a team. Candidate must possess exceptional communication skills.
