Job Title:  Contact Center - Financial Service Representative #17239

Description:  Contact Center - Financial Service Representative (Requisition #17239) Capital Credit Union has an exciting opening for a full-time Contact Center Financial Service Representative in Bismarck. Responsibilities consist of answering incoming calls, delivery of deposit and consumer loan products and actively soliciting, promoting, and servicing all credit union members. This position has a strong emphasis on serving the members through multiple digital delivery channels including online deposit and loan applications and obtaining electronic signatures via DocuSign, email, live chat, and telephone. Shifts vary between 7:30am - 6:00pm on weekdays and would include one Saturday (8:45am - 1:00pm) per month for a total of 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be a team player, sales and customer service oriented, professional in approach and possess excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to multitask. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of related financial institution or sales experience.
