Description:  JOB SUMMARY The HR Representative is accountable for the general day to day operations of human resources and benefits in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. This role effectively interacts with facility leadership and staff while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. In addition, this role will have responsibility for site marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing census through relationship management with families, referral sources and other key stakeholders. Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans. SKILLS knowledge, skills and abilities of the Job Draw conclusions from written or computerized reports Handle multiple priorities Apply policies/procedures consistently Detail and accuracy oriented Exhibit excellent computer skills Maintain confidentiality Relate and communicate effectively with all associates, applicants, customers and residents Work independently Read, write and communicate in English QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications Required Associate s degree with 1 year experience or 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other software programs. Ability to travel to and from health care facilities, events, shows, etc. Qualifications Preferred Experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Knowledge of the healthcare industry. Knowledge of contact management system programs and social media.
