Description:  Salary Range: $5,144 - $8,574 monthly Hiring Range: $5,144 - $6,859 monthly (Salary will be commensurate with experience complete compensation package includes employer paid family health care, generous pension plan, paid vacation and sick leave) Summary of Work The Information Technology Department (ITD) is a fast-paced provider of technology services based in Bismarck North Dakota. Using the latest Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies, our team hosts and builds mission critical applications affecting hundreds of thousands of users throughout the world. Key job responsibilities: Build and automate the provisioning of new IaaS and PaaS environments Implement continuous integration/deployment platforms to assist software development staff Scripting with languages such as JSON and PowerShell Develop cloud governance models Azure security administration Integration of REST API s into Azure Knowledge of zero-trust firewall environments and virtual networks Monitor and report on cloud service expenses Cloud management and performance monitoring Strong written, verbal and customer communication skills Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in computer science, computer or management information systems, or a closely related field that included computer science coursework and Four years of current, progressive, and specialized work experience supporting, administering and implementing complex, enterprise servers and applications. Associate s Degree in a computer related field and Six years of current & progressive related experience as stated above may be substituted for the bachelor s degree and three years of experience requirement. Experience must include at least One year of in-depth understanding and experience in cloud hosting technologies including hands on with IaaS an PaaS.
