Job Title:  FIRST Robotics Competition Coach

Description:   Candidate can provide evidence of possessing the ability to positively lead, teach and motivate high school students from Davies, South, and North High Schools Candidate possesses a knowledge of the fundamentals, strategies, and teaching points associated with FIRST Robotics Competition Candidate understands and promotes the role of education and its alignment with co-curricular educational experiences Candidate can articulate a program purpose statement which describes the benefits of participation within the program Candidate possesses the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with a variety of program stakeholders Lead the planning, development and execution of a highly successful FRC program by focusing on building a positive culture and developing quality relationships with students, mentors, parents, and business partners Organize member registration & student recruitment Implementation of sound practices and skill development that maximizes cooperation, leadership and performance in FRC program Provide direction and for mentors and business partners throughout the program to ensure continuity between business partners, FPS, students, mentors, and parents Communicate effectively with all program stakeholders to ensure a positive, quality experience is provided for our students Manage and track all equipment inventory and program budget each year Perform all other duties as outlined by the Fargo Public Schools and FRC guidelines
