Job Title:  Application Administrator

Description:  We are a rapidly growing company that manufactures biologics (such as Plasmid DNA) to help accelerate scientific research and breakthroughs. We are seeking an Application Administrator to configure, support, and maintain information systems at Aldevron. Qualified candidates will have experience with financial/ERP systems, familiarity with MySQL, and the ability to write clear and concise documentation and user manuals. They will also have strong customer service and problem-solving skills. About the Role Assist in identifying user requirements and responding to user needs. Define change requests based on user requirements. Configure systems to meet business specifications using best practices. Modify and enhance existing information systems and perform system upgrades. Troubleshoot, and resolve any reported problems. Generate and maintain documentation for systems. Evaluates new technologies and systems and proposes improvements, upgrades, and new systems when appropriate.
