Description:  The Morris School Board is seeking an ideal candidate who: is a people person with proven abilities in human relations and communication, and a history of visibility and active participation in the school district and community is a visionary, creative thinker and problem-solver develops and directs an effective leadership team has knowledge of and successful experience with special needs and diverse populations has a strong academic background with successful experience in curriculum and promotes business and community involvement in schools. Previous superintendent experience is preferred, but not required
