We are seeking an Assistant Scientist to perform a variety of tasks from assisting R&D scientists on various projects to handling projects independently. R&D projects range from various client driven campaigns to new technologies and optimization of existing products/processes. The R&D Assistance Scientist is expected to be motivated and capable of efficient prioritization and planning. This person will also have a Bachelor's degree in science. About The Role Work/assist on the research and development of new services and technologies such as (not limited to) mRNA, proteins, antibodies, and non-traditional plasmid vectors Carry out experimentation in support of the developed R&D and process development plans for new services and technologies Record data and create project summary reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to the team Actively contribute to a team setting within the laboratory to: increase efficiency, solve problems, generate cost savings, improve quality and provide new innovation support Why Join Aldevron?
