Job Title:  Business Account Representative (AT&T Wireless / DIRECTV Retailer ) - Fargo Area

The Business Account Executive (BAE) is a strategic partner between local businesses and local Connect stores. The BAE will drive sales into the stores by educating AT&T business customers on the benefits their employees receive with AT&T. The BAE also provides support local stores by training and educating sales staff in their given market in addition to collaborating with AT&T local and regional support to drive sales. BAE will work a minimum of two days in an assigned location and two days in the field prospecting new business leads, meeting with business, building quotes and several other responsibilities. Job Highlights Competitive earnings package with base salary plus commissions Fun, results-oriented work environment AT&T and DIRECTV product and mobile rate plan discounts Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Matching 401k Excellent advancement opportunities Core Duties and Responsibilities Cold-calling blitzes to contact local businesses and set initial appointments Canvass surrounding areas for business parks, First Net and build business relationships Research prospective leads to have full understanding before appointments Conduct initial appointments to gain information regarding client s needs Follow-up with businesses after initial appointments to implement next steps Build professional proposals through AT&T systems and resources Deliver final proposals to gain agreement with clients Service accounts to maintain ongoing communication for further revenue opportunities Partner with local AT&T Business Team to ensure alignment Create and implement weekly Win Local and Chamber events Monthly and Quarterly performance reporting to BAM and VPBD Handle all escalations and discrepancies effectively and immediately Requirements: BS or Associate required Minimum 2 years experience in wireless and/or DIRECTV sales Past managerial experience. Strong communication skills. Bilingual a plus
