Description:  Project Coordinator Our Story The Bowman County Development Corporation (BCDC) exists to create a vibrant, thriving community, County, and region. Running as the umbrella organization BCDC holds many contracts with outside entities such as the County, Cities, Chamber & Tourism. BCDC also provides business development and quality of life events like Festival of Lights and the Fusion Conference. This creates a dynamic work environment that shifts with the needs of our County. The BCDC is seeking a candidate that fits our culture of thinking outside the box and pushing outside of perceived rural limitations. Job Requirements The Project Coordinator would operate as the fifth team member at BCDC. Strong leadership and management skills are a priority. Their purpose is to assist the director and enhance organization effectiveness by providing management support, organizing company programs and projects, and monitoring progress to meet company objectives. Project management and oversite Streamlining day-to-day activities and creating a higher level of effectiveness in the office Leading meetings to asses progress with projects and creating tasks to push them forward Reviewing budgets of all accounts to ensure we are on track Writing grants Managing contracts Handling administrative functions Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred but not required. All employees of BCDC must reside or be willing to relocate within the County. Managerial experience strong computer skills problem solving multitasking goal oriented excellent attention to detail ability to motivate employees strong training skills outstanding written and oral communication skills proficiency with Microsoft office leadership time management talent for inspiring teamwork.
