Description:   POSITION SUMMARY Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs pc computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Investigates and corrects system malfunctions. Provide technical support to customer departments for hardware and software problems on all platforms. Research and correct the more complex system and auxiliary equipment malfunctions. Has a wide degree of creativity. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 1.Licenses and Certifications Required None 2.Educational Requirements Associate Degree or certification expected (Technical school with equivalent experience may be substituted on a basis of five years of experience for each year of education). 3.Experience Requirements 6 years of experience in the Field and extensive knowledge of PC design required. 4.Special Skills or Training Requirements In-depth knowledge of pc design and topology installed at Trinity Health. Knowledge of Microsoft products including Active Directory.
