Job Title: Research Grade Manufacturing Coordinator
Description: Aldevron is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to support our Research Grade manufacturing process. As a Manufacturing Coordinator, you have high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You have a team-work mentality and the ability to demonstrate leadership. You are able to effectively coordinate and manage projects, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About the Role: As a Manufacturing Coordinator, you will lead the generation and maintenance of a documented production schedule for staff to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects. You will coordinate and schedule production events, report department metrics, and track personnel competency training for individuals assigned to manufacturing operations. You will assist with resource planing, purchasing, and tracking of raw materials. You will ensure consistent communication between departments to maintain on-time operations and deliverables. This role is based in our Fargo, ND location. About You: 4 years or more related experience in a manufacturing setting Excellent organization skills Knowledge of preparing and producing reports, documentation, and scheduling Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Strong communication skills Professional Education: BS/M Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Molecular Biology (preferred) Who is Aldevron?
